Create a workspace from the account switcher, name it for the team or product it supports, then invite the people who need access. Your personal preferences remain separate across workspaces.
Yes. CSV and structured JSON imports are supported for projects, contacts and inventory records. The import preview highlights unmapped or invalid fields before anything is written.
Members can access workspace-wide areas allowed by their role. Guests are limited to explicitly shared projects, files or records and cannot browse the full workspace directory.
Owners can transfer ownership to an active administrator. The receiving administrator must confirm the transfer before billing and security ownership move to them.
Annual plans are billed once at the start of each service year and include the displayed annual discount. Seat additions are prorated for the remainder of the active term.
Billing administrators can download invoices, credit notes and tax receipts from Billing → Documents. Each document is also available from its related transaction.
Administrators on Growth and Scale plans can require MFA for every member or only privileged roles. Members receive a setup window before enforcement begins.
Starter retains 30 days, Growth retains 12 months and Scale retains 24 months. The Audit archive add-on extends searchable retention without changing the active plan.
New runs pause safely and existing records remain unchanged. Administrators receive an alert with the affected workflow and can upgrade capacity or resume it in the next cycle.
Growth and Scale workflows can send signed HTTP requests through the webhook action. Secrets are stored in the encrypted connection vault and never exposed in run logs.
Deleted items stay in Trash for 30 days. Members with restore permission can return an item to its original location or choose a new destination.
Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal so existing limits remain available through the paid term.
